It was simply wonderful! Everything I tried here was incredibly tasty — you can feel that the food is made with love. I especially want to highlight the chicken soup. In my two years living in Phuket, I haven’t had anything this delicious and comforting. A huge bowl for just 200 baht, filled with buckwheat, vegetables, and a generous amount of chicken — at some point I even got tired of eating the meat! The taste brought back memories of home and childhood — it wasn’t just a meal, it was a warm, nostalgic experience. Thank you for warming me from the inside on such a rainy day, and for that true feeling of comfort that can’t be faked. And the staff is so sweet — I’ll definitely be coming back.

Had the cutest breaky at Swag Food and I’m seriously obsessed! The bacon breakfast was super yummy — crispy, flavorful, and totally hit the spot. Definitely a 10/10 for the food! The café has such a minimal and cozy vibe, perfect for slow mornings or catching up with friends. Plus, the staff were so friendly and sweet — made the whole experience even better!

Cozy spot with great vibes and strong coffee! Stopped by Swag Food Co. in Bangtao and loved the calm, minimal vibe. The iced americano was bold and refreshing, and the staff were super welcoming. Perfect place to chill, get some work done, or just enjoy a quiet break. Will definitely be back!

Top protein-focused spot in Phuket. I had the steak and eggs, and it was honestly one of the best beef plates I’ve had in a long time. Super satisfying, high-quality, and helped me hit my protein goal for the day. The cookies and cream ice cream jar was incredible: real chocolate chip cookies blended in, 25g of protein, and still fit perfectly into my plan. My husband tried the high protein frozen yogurt soft serve and couldn’t even pick a favorite. Every flavor was spot on. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and truly wholesome food. Highly recommend if you care about ingredients and want to hit your macros with tasty food.

A great place for healthy food with protein and amazing coffee. The chef is from Melbourne, and the menu is pretty diverse. Ask them for details. They also have SWAG ice cream with protein. Peter (in the picture) teaches kettlebell classes at Bang Tao Gym. The owners are there daily and give great tips on nutrition and training. You'll love it! Well done
